Red Lentin Delight

Experience the aromatic blend of spices in this comforting red lentil dish. Soft, creamy lentils infused with ginger, garlic, and a touch of heat, garnished with fresh coriander leaves. Ingredients : 200g red lentils 1 onion, sliced 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Finely chopped coriander leaves 4 green chilies, slit 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp salt (or as per taste) Instructions : Heat a pan and add oil to it. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onion and fry until golden brown. This will add a lovely caramelized flavor to the dish. Add ginger garlic paste to the pan and stir it for about 30 seconds, allowing the flavors to blend together. Next, incorporate the slit green chilies and half of the finely chopped coriander leaves into the pan. Sauté them for a minute to release their aromas. Now it's time to introduce the star ingredient, red lentils. Add them to the pan and mix everything to ensure the lentils are coated with the flavors from the spices
